Tutopia Selects RightNow

RightNow Technologies Inc., Bozeman, MT, said yesterday that Latin American network provider Tutopia.com Inc. is using its on-demand CRM solution.


Tutopia, which pioneered free Internet access in Latin America in 2000, has 2.7 million registered users. It will use RightNow to manage and streamline communications with customers across its telephone, e-mail and Web channels, as well as provide Tutopia's service agents with access to complete customer histories.


RightNow also will let Tutopia's managers track the performance of its contact center staff to see if an agent needs more training or to motivate them with a variety of performance-based incentives.
