TSL Opens Telemarketing Division
The new division, The Contact Company, will provide both inbound and outbound telemarketing support. Services offered include customer support, sales enquiry qualification, direct response, appointment setting, lead generation, market research, exhibition management and outbound sales.
In addition, the division will provide upselling and cross-selling services, data management and list cleaning. Further details about the founding of the new division were not disclosed.
Technology Sales Leads provides lead generation services to technology businesses. Its clients include IBM, Oracle, Research In Motion and Resonate.
