Travelbyus.com Buys Just Vacations Inc.
Travelbyus.com, White Rock, British Columbia, yesterday agreed to acquire Just Vacations Inc., Mississauga, Ontario, for $3.1 million dollars.Just Vacations is a Canadian travel fulfillment and affinity travel marketing company that operates three call centers, 16 retail travel locations and three Web sites in Canada.
Just Vacation's affinity programs will give Travelbyus.com the ability to promote its products to travelers, the companies said.
