Consumer packaged goods business-to-business electronic marketplace, Transora Corp. yesterday said it would establish the company's international headquarters in downtown Chicago.

Lured by tax credits and job training funds offered by the Illinois Department of Commerce and Community Affairs, Transora officials said the company would lease a 60,000-square-foot facility beginning in May to house its 180 employees.

Transora, which signed a 10-year lease on the new facility, said it plans to add about 70 workers to its staff after the move is completed.
