Transcontinental CC3 Opens NY Sales, Training Center

Transcontinental CC3 opened a sales, training and customer support center in New York to serve its 25 New York-based clients and others in the tri-state area, the company said this week.


The location will be used for on-site educational sessions for clients covering topics such as new capabilities and the benefits of Transcontinental CC3's three-location production solution in minimizing postage and transportation costs while improving in-home dates.


Forums will introduce new clients to the company's DM services and capabilities, and training classes will demonstrate its Web-based workflow tools.


Transcontinental CC3, Warminster, PA, is a business unit of Transcontinental, Montreal, which acquired DM service agency CC3 in December. Transcontinental CC3 operates three facilities in Pennsylvania, Texas and California.
