Trans World Partners With Yahoo

Trans World Entertainment, Albany, NY, a specialty retailer of music and video products, this week announced a partnership with search engine Yahoo, Santa Clara, CA, that will result in a new marketing and merchandising concept called Yahoo Picks. The concept will allow consumers to determine what products will be highlighted within Trans World's retail stores.


Each month Yahoo users will be able to participate in online polls available on Yahoo Movies and Yahoo Games. The top five picks from each of those polls will be displayed with Yahoo Picks stickers and other signs in Trans World's retail stores the following month. Customers purchasing a Yahoo Picks title will receive a complimentary gift.
