TPG Buys DocVision
Dutch postal and logistics company TPG NV will buy DocVision, a document managing unit of office supplier Buhrmann NV, TPG NV said yesterday.TPG said it struck the deal through its Royal TPG Post subsidiary Cendris.
DocVision is a Netherlands-based company that provides various mailroom and reprographic services. It specializes in mailroom management, repro services, graphic print, color copy & print and outsourcing services. The company had sales of 23 million euros in 2002 and employs around 300.
