TPG Acquires Majority Share in Prime Vision
Mail, express and logistics company TPG NV -- through its Dutch subsidiary, TPG Post BV -- acquired a 60 percent share in Prime Vision BV from TNO Beheer BV.Prime Vision, Delft, The Netherlands, specializes in the development, production, marketing and sale of pattern and character recognition products.
TPG Post uses pattern recognition software and technical applications in its letter processing operations, including sorting.
