Torrent Systems Inc., Cambridge, MA, an analytic customer relationship management solutions vendor, is expected today to introduce a CRM tool that integrates and analyzes large volumes of clickstream, demographic and transactional data.

The solution, called WebHouse, is designed for Fortune 500 companies and e-businesses. It allows businesses to analyze customer profiles and deliver focused content and offers to individual customers through all facets of the business, including the Web, call centers and direct mail.

According to Torrent, WebHouse has a parallel infrastructure design that allows businesses to access combined data as opposed to sampling offline and online data separately.

WebHouse is built upon Torrent's flagship product, Orchestrate, a component-based solution that allows companies to build, deploy and manage massive custom applications that predict customer behavior and increase customer profitability.

Key benefits of Torrent's WebHouse include:

• Scalable clickstream and brick-and-mortar data integration and processing.

• Customizable sessionization and cleansing to support analytics processing.

• Open architecture that eases data loads into most other analytic software formats.

WebHouse and Orchestrate together cost $295,000.
