The Toronto Blue Jays chose AudienceView Software Corp. to provide the baseball team's ticketing system, the integrated ticketing and customer relationship management provider said yesterday.


The Blue Jays chose AudienceView to try to focus on their customers' wants and needs across all sales channels.


AudienceView's software will allow the Blue Jays to move from a transaction-based system to a customer-centric system later this season, letting the organization mine customer information and adjust marketing programs to reflect audience sales and customer desires in real time.
