Too Busy to Grocery Shop? Use Your Cell Phone

Peachtree Network Inc., an online grocery and food-related service, said yesterday that it launched a wireless Internet grocery shopping service in Manhattan.

City residents will be able to shop for their grocery goods online via Internet-enabled cellular phones. The launch is a cooperative effort between Peachtree Network and Jefferson Market, Peachtree's grocery partner in New York.

The wireless online grocery service is a complement to the Peachtree Network online grocery service and gourmet features found at www.peachtreenetwork.com.

The service is scheduled to be available through 18 of Peachtree Network's grocer partners by Labor Day.
