Time Warner Cable Renews TeleTech Contract
Time Warner Cable of New York and New Jersey renewed a contract for teleservices firm TeleTech Holdings to provide inbound customer support, TeleTech said yesterday.TeleTech will provide customer care, billing and sales support for Time Warner Cable customers in New York in the multi-year extension of the contract. Financial details of the agreement were not disclosed.
The teleservices firm began serving Time Warner Cable three years ago, providing service to its Time Warner Cable high-speed Internet, pay-per-view and special events customers in New York. Time Warner Cable of New York and New Jersey serves 1.4 million customers.
