Tickets.com launched five subcategories of its ProVenue Ticketing Solutions suite yesterday. The company said the new product choices were developed for venues of all sizes. The offerings and their features are:


· ProVenuePlus Ticketing System, for use by small and mid-sized venues in managing box office operations through an integrated ticketing, fund development and patron tracking software solution.


· ProVenueMax, an in-house system developed to provide better control of inventory, patron information and marketing data.


· ProVenueServices, a turnkey box office management system and ticket selling and distribution service.


· ProVenueElite, which provides greater transaction speeds along with the ProVenueServices outsourced ticketing solution.


· ProVenueOnline, a real-time Internet transaction engine that works with other ProVenue ticketing solutions or proprietary box office systems in a 24/7 online ticket sales environment.
