Through the strategic alliance, Ticketmaster will offer venues, promoters and sports teams enhanced CRM services including Acxiom's Customer Data Integration technology as an added value with Ticketmaster's ticketing solutions and services.

Ticketmaster said the integration of Little Rock, AR-based Acxiom CDI with Ticketmaster's ticketing and CRM solutions will give Ticketmaster arts and entertainment and sports team clients a comprehensive and much more accurate understanding of their customers.
