Three Shops Align to Form M2Direct
DeskGate Technologies Inc., Washington, and MegaMarketing Corp., Tampa, FL have agreed to join forces with UST Inc. Atlanta, GA to create M2Direct.The Tampa-based M2Direct employing 285 people will be dedicated to providing end-to-end direct marketing solutions for clients.
According to John Kelly, M2Direct's new president and CEO, the combined talents of the three companies will provide integrated marketing services that bring together Internet communications as well as traditional direct response mechanisms.
"We have taken three companies with defined niches and brought them together to focus on expanding our services using advanced technologies as the catalyst." He also said DeskGate's proprietary e-commerce and e-mail delivery technologies would give clients a distinct competitive advantage.
M2Direct's combined single-source marketing programs will now include:
e-commerce solutions with proprietary, patent-pending technology and advanced database services; creative development; inbound and outbound teleservices, lettershop/mailshop product; response management; fulfillment and Web site design and production.
