Think Partnership Buy iLead Media for $14 Million

Think Partnership, Northbrook, IL, said yesterday that it will acquire iLead Media, an Internet sales lead generation service, for $7 million in cash and $7 million in common stock.


Think Partnership said it expects iLead, Pleasant Grove, UT, to add more than $3 million in income to Think Partnership in 2006. ILead provides permission-based telemarketing leads to call centers around the world.


Think Partnership owns 11 online and offline marketing companies, including search optimization firm WebSourced Inc. and PrimaryAds Inc., a provider of affiliate marketing services.
