Things Remembered Selects MBS for Multichannel Solution

MBS, a database and interactive marketing solutions vendor, said yesterday that it has been engaged by personalized gifts company Things Remembered, a division of Cole National Corp., to develop a multichannel marketing solution.

Things Remembered, Cleveland, is one of the largest personalized gift chains. It has more than 750 retail locations nationwide, a Web site and a catalog business. MBS, Central Islip, NY, will develop a customized multichannel marketing database solution that will enable Things Remembered to improve its business performance across all channels.

In addition to building the multichannel marketing database for Things Remembered, MBS will implement the Klondike database marketing software, MBS' marketing automation application that includes modules for campaign management, ad-hoc query and reporting, and online analytical processing.

MBS' analytical solutions team will provide comprehensive modeling and analysis services to help Things Remembered identify the customer insights that will lead to improved campaign response rates, better targeting of customer communication and return on investment.
