The number of years the ESP has been in operation, the size of the deliverability team, global coverage of ISP relationships and length of expertise of deliverability team members are important factors to consider and compare before finalizing on an ESP platform. The ESP deliverability team needs to maintain good contacts with the ISP teams for message handling management, blacklisting follow-up, whitelisting and ISP complaint resolution, all of which improve deliverability.

3. Use deliverability tools

The ultimate proof of deliverability is sending messages to various ISP mailboxes around the globe and checking if they were received and how they look in the preview and mail screens. 4. Look for Local Language Support
