Thaon Communications Acquires Nevada Corp.
Thaon Communications Inc., which does Internet marketing, direct response television and Webcasting, has acquired Nevada Corp., the parent company of Prime Time Distribution Inc.PTD brings direct marketing expertise and a fulfillment center to the table, said Adam Anthony, president of Thaon, Los Angeles. Anthony said his company plans on applying these capabilities toward its Eclipse Marketing Group, which also was recently acquired.
Thaon has four business units: Prime Time Media Solutions, a full-service DRTV media management company; CastPro.com, a streaming media and Webcasting company; Legal Broadcast Co.; and Eclipse Marketing Group.
