Thaon Acquires Eclipse Marketing Group
Thaon Communications Inc., an online and direct response television direct marketing company, has acquired Eclipse Marketing Group, a sales and marketing consulting firm specializing in product promotions.Thaon said the acquisition will help its clients improve infomercial campaigns through its services, such as the ability to add a fitting promotional giveaway item to an offer or select an upsell product aimed at increasing sales returns.
Thaon operates through four business units, including Prime Time Media Solutions, a full-service DRTV media management company; CastPro.com, a streaming media and Webcasting company; Legal Broadcast Co.; and Eclipse Marketing Group.
