TeleTech Inks Multiyear Best Western Deal
TeleTech Holdings Inc. signed a multiyear contract to provide teleservices support for Best Western International, TeleTech said yesterday.Financial terms were not disclosed.
TeleTech, Denver, will provide multilingual support for Best Western International's loyalty programs and reservations operations. TeleTech will provide flexible teleservices to Best Western International that can be scaled based on customer demand, TeleTech said.
Best Western International, Phoenix, operates 4,100 hotels in 80 countries and territories.
