TeleTech Grabs Circuit City Inbound Contract

TeleTech Holdings, Denver, received a contract to provide overseas inbound call support to Circuit City Stores Inc., a retailer of electronics and entertainment products.

Details about the contract, including its value and length, were not disclosed. TeleTech said it would provide customer service, sales, warranty and private-label credit card support to Circuit City.

TeleTech also will provide Circuit City with consolidated reports that analyze consumer trends. The reports will help Circuit City improve customer communications, TeleTech said.

TeleTech has been adding to its inbound business recently and in October got a contract to provide customer service to Banco Santander, a Latin American financial institution with $335 billion in assets.

In September, TeleTech received another international contract to provide CRM and direct marketing campaign management services to BMW New Zealand. Part of that contract involves database management.
