TeleTech Gains HealthMarket Customer Management Job

TeleTech Holdings has announced a contract to handle customer management via the Internet for HealthMarket, Wilton, CT, an online marketplace for health insurance and coverage.


HealthMarket customers will receive guidance and technical support from TeleTech, Denver, through phone, e-mail and live chat, the companies said. Using its customer management software, CyberCare, TeleTech integrates voice and Internet communication.


As people make more of their own choices concerning healthcare, they will need customer management professionals to help them choose and buy services, said HealthMarket founder Steve Williams, explaining his company's decision to contract with TeleTech.
