TeleSpectrum Seals Deal for Car Guide

TeleSpectrum Worldwide, King of Prussia, PA, last week said it signed a long-term contract to provide inbound and outbound customer sales, service and technical support for the Official Used Car Guide Co.'s print and electronic subscribers.


About 18 TeleSpectrum agents will assist callers with questions about potential automobile purchases and about installation and use of the Official Used Car Guide Co.'s CD-ROM-based software.


In addition, TeleSpectrum will provide outbound call services related to subscription renewal and customer acquisition.
