TeleServices International Signs on With Recovery Network
TeleServices International Group Inc., St. Petersburg, FL, a provider of outsourced teleservices, has signed a five-year service agreement with Recovery Network to provide all call-center operations for the company's new TeleCare helpline.Terms of the agreement call for TSIG to provide operator and line-charge service at a 20 percent competitive-rate discount in exchange for 200,000 shares of Recovery Network common stock and 200,000 warrants to purchase common shares. Recovery Network offers counseling services via radio, television and over the Internet.
