Teleservices Firms to Form New Company

Telemarketing agency Ameridial was expected to announce a partnership today with OKS Limited, a business-process outsourcer with call center capacities, to form a new company, OKS-Ameridial Worldwide.

The partnership will let the two companies take on larger-volume projects than before, said Jim McGeorge, president of Ameridial. The two companies together have 1,500 teleservices agents.

OKS-Ameridial will operate call centers in the United States and India, performing inbound and outbound teleservices. The company also has sales offices in the United Kingdom, Canada and Germany.

Ameridial, North Canton, OH, places more than 100 million calls annually and services clients that include healthcare organizations, directory publishers, database companies, wireless providers and catalog companies. Philadelphia-based OKS has been in business for 30 years and serves clients in North America, Europe and Australia.
