The web site highlights TPG's core services, which include, automated remote monitoring, scripting, training, turnkey project management and telemarketing agency selection.The site also features the latest upgrade to TPG's proprietary SEL (Strategic Enhancement Listening) System remote monitoring software program. The SEL System allows users to capture and trend marketing and quality statistics from live telemarketing calls. In addition, TPG's web site also includes information on TPG's Third Party Verification service which features digitized voice-recording capabilities.
