Tele-Response Center Adds CSR Seats

Tele-Response Center Inc., a direct response agency and outsourcer, expanded the number of seats in two of its call center operations.

The Philadelphia-based firm grew its hometown call center from 48 seats to 72 and its Weston, WV, location from 86 to 108. The third, in Parkersburg, WV, remains at 84.

"Tele-Response's growth has come from being able to provide integrated customer analytics, direct mail and compliance-driven teleservices work for its nonprofit and commercial accounts," said Jeffrey Plaut, vice president of sales and marketing at Tele-Response Center.

Agency clients include the Multiple Sclerosis Association of America, H&R Block Mortgage, Special Olympics of Pennsylvania and Aegis Mortgage.

The agency expects to increase revenue this year from helping clients comply with federal and state telemarketing regulations as part of integrated direct marketing programs.
