Techmar, Canton, MA, a business services provider focused on customer acquisition, yesterday introduced Karma, a lead management solution for business-to-business technology companies.

According to Techmar, Karma allows companies to capture and qualify leads, collect them in one central location, manage them throughout the entire sales cycle, and measure the results.

Karma's key components are:

· KarmaCaptures, which automates the capture, response and nurturing of prospects through a company's Web site, making it easy to build contact forms that deliver custom, dynamic Web interactions and personalized responses that can be specified to a particular program, product or service.

· KarmaConnects, which handles incoming or outgoing communication with prospects, including calls, mail, faxes, and email. It tracks activity and responses to a variety of programs in one common database that sales and marketing can access over the Web anywhere using a standard browser.

· KarmaLeads, which automatically assigns and routs qualified leads to the right salesperson or channel partner in real time via Web, phone, fax, email or through the existing Sales Force Automation application. Feedback and follow up can be tracked to close the loop.

Pricing begins at $450 per month per user.
