Targetbase and Tensor Form Alliance to Deliver CRM Solutions

Targetbase, a customer relationship management firm, and Tensor Information Systems, a computer systems integrator, announced on Friday that they have formed a strategic alliance to develop Web-based customer relationship management solutions for Fortune 500 companies.


As part of the alliance, Targetbase, which is part of the M/A/R/C Group, a marketing intelligence firm, will provide clients with strategic and analytical servcies; database design and development; co-sourcing of the data management infrastructure; and communications development for relationship initiatives and programs. Tensor, on the other hand, will provide computer system integration of front-end customer contacts systems and Web applications supporting the CRM initiatives such as linking to an internal systems or legacy database, or providing Web-enabled database development.


Targetbase will also bring its enterprise-level CRM platform-called ARM--to the solution. ARM automates the task of consolidating all customer contact points into a customer's data warehouse that supports relationship management.
