Talbott Replaces Alessi as TeleSpectrum Chairman

Keith Alessi, chairman of TeleSpectrum Worldwide Inc., King of Prussia, PA, has resigned to pursue an opportunity in higher education. He will be replaced by Fenton R. Talbott, operating affiliate at investment firm McCown DeLeeuw & Co. Prior to his work at McCown DeLeeuw, Talbott worked with several financial services firms, including Comerica Bank, American Express Corp., The First Boston Corp., Bank of America and Citibank.

Separately, TeleSpectrum, which operates 31 call centers providing outsourced teleservices in North America and the United Kingdom, will expand its relationship with the National Automobile Dealers Association Official Used Car Guide Co. TeleSpectrum's ChannelCare division will provide e-mail and Web call-back services for the Used Car Guide Co., in addition to the computer-telephony integration functionality that provides call and message routing.
