Talbots Moves, Expands Call Center
Talbots will relocate and expand its inbound call center in Knoxville, TN, to include an additional 10,000 square feet, the specialty retailer and cataloger said yesterday.The company, which has operated a call center in Knoxville since 1989, will move across town to Lakeside Centre, a new 250,000-square-foot office park. Talbots will occupy the entire third floor of one building at the park, about 36,000 square feet of space.
At its present call center, Talbots operations are spread over three floors. The new facility will accommodate all Talbots operations on one floor and allow for more efficient operation, the company said.
Talbots operates a second sales and customer service call center in Hingham, MA, where the company is headquartered.
