Customer analysis software provider Quadstone said yesterday that T-Mobile USA chose its business analytics software to analyze and predict customer behavior and improve customer loyalty.

T-Mobile USA has 10 million wireless voice and data customers nationwide. Quadstone's software will use demographic and transactional profiles as well as contact and purchase history to improve customer service.

Terri Kowalchuk, T-Mobile's director of business intelligence, said Quadstone's software is scalable to fit its entire business, and easy to use, "allowing our marketers to quickly and efficiently determine the best allocation of our resources to improve service."
