Sykes Wins CRM Contract with Euro ISPT-Online, a European Internet services provider, has chosen CRM agency Sykes Enterprises to provide outsourced customer services, the companies announced yesterday.
Financial details of the agreement were not disclosed. Sykes will provide inbound call support, including technical support and customer service, to T-Online customers in Germany.
Sykes also will provide support for e-mail and fax communications from T-Online customers.
Sykes, Tampa, FL, operates 41 customer support centers and five fulfillment centers in North America, Europe, Latin America, Asia and Africa. T-Online serves 10 million customers in Germany, France, Spain, Portugal and Austria.
