Swiss Post Buys Priority Post to Expand in U.S.
Swiss Post International, the international business unit of Swiss Post, said yesterday that it acquired the Baltimore/Washington, DC-based Priority Post.SPI said the purchase would bolster its position in the United States, where it has had branches in Los Angeles and New York since 1998.
Priority Post is one of the largest non-postal providers of international mailings and specializes in processing bulk mailings.
