Swell Picks Newgistics for Returns
Swell will implement the service for its catalog and online customers beginning this month.
To use SmartLabel, customers who want to return merchandise purchased online or through catalogs affix a prepaid, pre-addressed barcoded SmartLabel to their package and drop it off at any U.S. Postal Service mailbox. SmartLabel packages are sorted, grouped and routed for faster and easier dispensation, giving the merchant greater control over the entire process.
