Sullivan Advertising Wins TCI Connection
Sullivan won the account over five other agencies and newsletter production companies by using a software program it developed which enables the production of hundreds of customized versions of each newsletter. The publication, which is touted as the fifth-largest publication in the nation, provides cable customers of AT&T with local programming information and coupons, as well as up-to-date news on Hollywood movies, current events and channel programming information.
A recent version of The TCI Connection touted last week's MTV music awards program, as well as popular music sensation Ricky Martin.
Doug Seserman, senior vice president of marketing for AT&T Broadband & Internet Services, said Sullivan's direct marketing expertise would help the company build even stronger customer relationships by furthering the newsletter as a retention tool.
Sullivan specializes in developing direct marketing communications for the telecommunications industry.
