StrongMail, EmailLabs win new business

Redwood City, CA-based StrongMail's offering has delivery, tracking and management in one platform.
Wetpaint has powered more than 400,000 user-created wikis on many topics. Users can customize their e-mail notification preferences.
Separately, J.L. Halsey Corp.'s EmailLabs, Menlo Park, CA, added new clients to its portfolio. VSP Vision Care, Republic of Tea, AP Images, Comcast Spotlight and the Sundance Channel will use EmailLabs' consulting services, including the reviews of their creative and opt-in process.
