Wetpaint, a Wiki for collaborating and publishing online, has chosen StrongMail Systems Inc.'s e-mail delivery platform for its online messages.

The Redwood City, CA-based StrongMail's e-mail platform will offer delivery, tracking and management on one platform.

Wetpaint has powered more than 400,000 user-created Wikis on a range of topics. Users will be able to set preferences for notification by e-mail when the selected Wikis are updated, messages are received or new Wikis are created on a related subject.

Separately, J.L. Halsey Corp.'s EmailLabs, Menlo Park, CA, added new clients to its portfolio.

VSP Vision Care, Republic of Tea, AP Images, John Varvatos Enterprises, Comcast Spotlight and the Sundance Channel now will use EmailLabs' consulting services, including the training and reviews of their creative and opt-in process.
