Northlich and Hitchcock, Fleming & Associates yesterday agreed to help develop StartFree.com's media marketing strategy.

Both marketing companies will identify and develop media partnerships in target cities for StartFree, which provides co-branded free Internet access.

The agreements follow similar cross-marketing and co-branding arrangements the Cincinnati-based company made with media partners in the Cincinnati market.

Northlich, Cincinnati, provides advertising, direct marketing, interactive and public relations services. Hitchcock Fleming is a full service marketing communications agency based in Cleveland.
