Staples.com Adds Web Design Channel
CloudSource Inc. yesterday agreed to provide its Internet design services to Staples.com.Terms for the deal were not released.
Staples.com, Framingham, MA, has added a Web design channel with the agreement as the office products and services Web site looks to further its reach in the business-to-business online market. The company plans to market Cloudsource's services to small and mid-size firms wishing to get online or improve their existing Web sites.
CloudSource, Oakland, CA, will offer its Web site development services at www.staples.com/solutionscenter in package costs or a la carte pricing. An average 10-page package, for instance, is approximately $2,900. A standard Web hosting services package -- including maintenance page changes and upgrades -- costs $95 a month. E-commerce database services will cost $2,500 to $5,000.
