St Ives management to acquire US division

The management team of the US division of printing company St Ives has entered into a definitive agreement to purchase all outstanding shares in the company from parent St Ives plc of London.

St Ives is a digital, sheet-fed and Web offset printer, specializing in magazines, catalogs, direct mail and fulfillment services.

“Despite challenging market conditions, the St Ives US Division management team believes that the company and the industry will not only survive this current economic downturn but will thrive long into the future,” said Wayne Angstrom, St Ives USA chairman and CEO, in a statement. “We continue to grow because of our local focus, investments in new technology and commitment to customer satisfaction.”
