Sprint Whets Consumer Appetites With Allrecipes.com Partnership

Sprint PCS, Kansas City, MO, last week partnered with Allrecipes.com, Seattle, to provide its Wireless Web customers with access to Allrecipes' menu ideas, meal preparation information, culinary ware tips and its list of 20,000 recipes. Sprint PCS customers nationwide in need of recipe information can access it immediately through Sprint's 15 Internet-ready mobile phones.


The allrecipes.com site is listed under the "News/Information" category on the Sprint PCS Wireless Web, joining other nationally branded information sites such as CNN, Bloomberg, Infospace, Go2news and Dictionary.com. The Sprint PCS network includes roughly 270 million people in the United States, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
