Sprint Corp. Opens Call Center for Residential Customers

Sprint Corp., Kansas City, MO, will open a new call center in Medford, OR, in the second quarter of this year. The 250-seat facility will handle calls from residential customers served by the phone company's local telecommunications division, which has about 8 million customers in 18 states.
