Barbara Goodstein
Barbara Goodstein is chief innovation officer and chief marketing officer for AXA Equitable Life Insurance Company. She is an executive vice president and a member of the Executive Management Committee.
As chief innovation officer, Ms. Goodstein is responsible for the design and implementation of AXA Equitable's enterprise-wide innovation strategy. She leads the Marketing and Innovation business group, a team of experts responsible for directing all research of new business concepts and evaluating their potential for the company. She was appointed to this position in July 2007.
As chief marketing officer, Ms. Goodstein has overall responsibility for AXA Equitable's company-wide Marketing, Advertising, Corporate Communications and Internet Strategy and Development business teams. She also directs market intelligence research and the creation of company-wide advertising, promotions, marketing programs and sales materials. Ms. Goodstein was appointed to this role when she joined the company as an executive vice president in July 2005.
Immediately prior to joining AXA Equitable, Ms. Goodstein was senior vice president of Personal Financial Services for JP Morgan Chase — a platform she created that provided a broad range of banking and brokerage services to mass affluent clients within the branch system. Earlier, Ms. Goodstein was creator, president and CEO of Instinet.com, a retail entry into the online brokerage industry. She also held senior management positions at Scudder Kemper Investments, Van Eck Global, Bankers Trust, and Shearson Lehman Brothers.
Ms. Goodstein earned her M.B.A. in marketing from Columbia University Graduate School of Business and her B.A. from Brown University. She holds the Series 7, 63 and 24 registrations. In 2008, Ms. Goodstein was recognized by U.S. Banker as one of the top 25 nonbank women in finance.

Kevin Joyce
Vice President, Eastman Kodak Company and vice president, worldwide sales and marketing, Digital Printing Solutions
Kevin M. Joyce was named vice president of Worldwide Sales and Marketing for the new Kodak's Commercial Digital Printing Solutions group in January 2009. Previously he was CMO of the company's growing Graphic Communications Group (GCG).
In April 2005, Mr. Joyce was named managing director, United States & Canada (US&C) region for Kodak's Graphic Communications Group, following Kodak's acquisition of Kodak Polychrome Graphics (KPG). He previously served as vice president of sales for KPG's US&C region. Kodak's board of directors elected him a corporate vice president in December 2007.
Mr. Joyce has more than 18 years of experience in executive sales, marketing and business management, specializing in high tech electronic imaging and graphic arts businesses. From 1993 to 2001, he worked with Creo Products, an international provider of electronic prepress systems to the graphic arts industry, where he held various senior management positions before becoming President of Creo America.
Mr. Joyce was named a member of NAPL's prestigious Walter E. Soderstrom Society and was appointed a member of the NAPL board of directors in 2007. He also participates in industry organizations, such as Printing Industries of America and the Web Offset Advisory Committee, and is a member of the board of directors of the Graphic Users Association. During 2008, Mr. Joyce has been a featured speaker at such events as The CMO Summit, The SustainPro Conference, The Aprimo Accenture: Marketing Operations Excellence Forum.
Mr. Joyce is a graduate of St. Michael's College with a BA in American Intellectual Studies and is a graduate of the Executive Development Program at the Harvard Graduate School of Business.
Jason Inasi is CEO and creative director of The Factory Interactive, The Digital Design & Marketing Agency. Jason started his love affair with convergent media in the early 90's developing award-wining Web sites and print campaigns for a Miami-based agency and was the creative director on projects for Bombardier Corporation, Ian Schrager Hotels, Hellmann Worldwide, Tasco, BellSouth and Coca-Cola.
In 1998, he founded The Factory Interactive, a full-service digital design and marketing agency with a focus on convergent media. The agency leverages the best of design and technology in order to create engaging and effective media campaigns. In September 2007, Jason launched Veridoo.com a rewards-driven, social network platform that has been white-labeled by corporate clients to create branded networks of their own.
In January 2009, The Factory Interactive launched SEOtrack, a comprehensive search engine optimization (SEO) and marketing (SEM) program designed specifically to leverage the power of online search and social media opportunities. The Factory Interactive has won numerous awards, was recently honored as one of the Top 100 Minority Owned Businesses in South Florida and is ranked in the Top 10 of Interactive Agencies by the South Florida Business Journal.
The Factory Interactive's corporate clients have included AOL Latin America, American Airlines Arena, Estefan Enterprises, Cable & Wireless, Coverall, Carnival Cruise Lines and the Miami HEAT Group.
Jason is an active board member of the Greater Miami Advertising Federation, is an avid twitterer, distance runner and overall adrenaline junky.
