Someone Should Update Move Updates
I really enjoyed your article "USPS Probes Move Update Compliance," (Sept. 28). I moved in November 1995. The post office mailed me information on forums, etc., for more than a year at my old address. I finally sent them copies of envelopes I had saved and suggested they use NCOA.It still took them a few months to get my address correct.
