Software Lets Tech Novices Upgrade Sites

Glides Inc. has released UniSite Web Center 2.0, a software system designed to reduce a firm's dependence on information technology staff for content management.

The system allows non-technical users to add Web content, such as press releases and updated product information. The system was built to guide users through the editing, review, translation and Web content publishing process.

In addition, Web Center can help firms organize content across multiple languages or geographical locations. According to Glides, Bellevue, WA, corporate sites can be internationalized within days.

Pricing for the system was unavailable.
