Software Helps Maintain Internet Stores

Small businesses can set up and maintain Internet stores and Web-based catalogs through a new version of the Rocky Mountain Internet, Denver, software solution called e-SELL 2.0. This version aims to improve the consumer/merchant relationship while enhancing the consumer's experience. e-SELL 2.0 will be available next month.

By only using a browser, the software allows merchants to run their shops and make changes in content, behavior and appearance, eliminating the need for programmers and technicians. New functions such as product-oriented e-mail functions, special-order and feedback forms, a gift-wrapping option for store purchases, expanded keyword searches and online order status were added to help improve communication with consumers.
