An entrepreneur, producer, and self-proclaimed YouTube super fan, Brendan Lattrell is CEO of Grapevine, which he founded in 2012.

Lattrell connects consumer brands with the world's best creators through the industry's most comprehensive and reliable influencer marketing platform. His skills include video, social media marketing, advertising, and influencer marketing.

What has been your proudest career accomplishment to date?

Grapevine recently hit 70,000 creator sign-ups. The creators on our platform reach more than 550 million users on YouTube and Instagram. That's a little more than the entire population of North America.

What's the best piece of advice you can give to future 40 Under 40 honorees?

Stick to your gut.

What do you hope to accomplish in the next five years?

To make Grapevine synonymous with influencer marketing.

What is one interesting fact about you that few people know?

I'm a country boy at heart and grew up in a small town of 600 people.
