The Smithsonian National Museum of Natural History in Washington is using Broad Daylight's Broad Mind solution to provide answers to patrons' questions at http://naturalhistory.broaddaylight.com/nmnh/index.shtm.


Broad Mind solution for Web self-service is deployed on the Museum's site as both an integrated, natural language search engine and an online question-answering service.


More than 1 million unique visitors go to the museum's site each month to ask scientists and staff questions.
